S/TEM Automated Nanoparticle Analysis

This tool helps materials scientists and researchers quickly analyze Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy (S/TEM) images of nanoparticles on catalytic substrates. It takes raw S/TEM image files (like .emd, .emi, .dm3, .dm4) and automatically identifies and segments individual nanoparticles, outputting detailed particle size and area distribution data. This is ideal for scientists characterizing heterogeneous catalysts or other nanoparticle systems.

Use this if you need to rapidly and accurately quantify nanoparticle size and distribution from your S/TEM images without laborious manual annotation.

Not ideal if your images contain severely obscured or truncated particles at the image boundaries, as these will be excluded from the analysis.
