[NeurIPS'25] RiverMamba: A State Space Model for Global River Discharge and Flood Forecasting
RiverMamba helps hydrologists and flood forecasters predict global river discharge and potential floods up to 7 days in advance. It takes in long-term reanalysis data and observed river data, and outputs forecasts on a detailed 0.05° grid. This tool is for professionals who need accurate, fine-grained hydrological predictions to manage water resources and prepare for flood events.
Use this if you need to forecast global river discharge and flood risks with high spatial and temporal resolution.
Not ideal if you require hyper-local flood predictions for very small, unmapped waterways or need forecasts beyond a 7-day lead time.
