Generating biologically informed neural networks
This tool helps researchers analyze complex proteomic data by building neural networks guided by known biological pathways. You input your proteomic dataset and a biological pathway (like those from Reactome), and it outputs an interpretable network that highlights key proteins and pathways contributing to observed biological outcomes. This is ideal for biologists, biochemists, and medical researchers trying to understand disease mechanisms or biomarker discovery.

Use this if you need to interpret how proteins and biological pathways relate to specific conditions or experimental results from your proteomic data.
Not ideal if you're not working with proteomic data or don't have well-defined biological pathways to inform your analysis.
