Jwindler/AutoHiC
A novel genome assembly pipeline based on deep learning
AutoHiC helps geneticists and biologists accurately assemble genomes at the chromosome level. You input contig-level genome sequences and Hi-C sequencing data, and it outputs a more complete, chromosome-level genome assembly, correcting errors along the way. This tool is for researchers working on genome sequencing projects.

Use this if you need to improve the accuracy and completeness of your genome assembly, moving from fragmented contigs to full chromosomes using Hi-C data.
Not ideal if you do not have Hi-C sequencing data or if you are looking for a tool to perform de novo genome assembly from scratch.
