Kuanhao-Chao/OpenSpliceAI
🤖 Open‑source deep-learning-based splice‑site predictor that decodes splicing patterns across species
This tool helps genetics and genomics researchers analyze how DNA sequences determine gene splicing patterns across various species. You input genomic data, and it predicts the locations of splice sites, and can also assess how genetic changes (variants) might affect these sites. This is ideal for scientists working on human genomics, comparative genomics, or studying the impact of genetic variations.
Available on PyPI.
Use this if you need to accurately predict gene splice sites or evaluate the functional impact of genetic variants on splicing in humans or other species like mouse, zebrafish, or honey bee.
Not ideal if you are looking for a general-purpose genetic analysis tool beyond splice site prediction and variant impact assessment.
