HMMRATAC peak caller for ATAC-seq data
This tool helps molecular biologists and geneticists identify regions of open chromatin from ATAC-seq data. You input a sorted BAM file containing aligned ATAC-seq reads, and it outputs a list of genomic regions (peaks) indicating active regulatory elements. This is used by researchers studying gene regulation and epigenetics.

Use this if you need to precisely locate open chromatin regions and identify transcription factor binding sites from paired-end ATAC-seq data.
Not ideal if you are working with single-end ATAC-seq data or data that has undergone artificial size selection.
