MPI-Dortmund/pymissense
PyMissense creates the pathogenicity plot and modified pdb as shown in the AlphaMissense paper for custom proteins.
This tool helps researchers analyze proteins to understand how changes in their amino acid sequence might affect their function. You input a protein's UniProt ID, and it outputs a pathogenicity plot that highlights critical regions and a modified PDB file visualizing these effects in 3D. It's designed for structural biologists or biochemists studying protein mutations and their impact.

Use this if you need to visualize the pathogenicity of amino acid changes within a custom protein sequence, similar to the AlphaMissense research.
Not ideal if you are not working with protein structures or are looking for a tool to predict novel protein structures from scratch.
