TSAN: Two-Stage-Age-Net, for brain age estimation from T1-weighted MRI data.
This project helps clinicians and researchers estimate a person's brain age from T1-weighted MRI scans. You input pre-processed MRI images and a spreadsheet with chronological age and sex, and it outputs an estimated brain age for each scan. This tool is for neuroscientists, radiologists, and clinical researchers interested in brain health and aging biomarkers.
