RadioLOGIC: A general model for processing unstructured reports and making decisions in healthcare
This project helps medical professionals, specifically radiologists and oncologists, analyze unstructured breast imaging reports (mammography, ultrasound, MRI). It takes these free-text reports and extracts key features, providing predicted BI-RADS scores and pathological outcomes. This assists clinicians in making more informed decisions about breast disease.
No commits in the last 6 months.
Use this if you need to automatically process large volumes of radiological reports for breast disease to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Not ideal if you are working with medical reports outside of breast imaging or require a tool that processes structured data exclusively.
