Penn Utilities for Registration and ParcelLation of Ex vivo MRI

/ 100
Experimental

This project helps neuroscientists and researchers precisely map and analyze ultra-high resolution postmortem human brain MRI scans. It takes raw 7 tesla T2-weighted MRI data and outputs detailed brain region segmentations and parcellations based on various anatomical atlases. The tool is designed for neuroimaging researchers, neuropathologists, and cognitive scientists studying brain morphology and pathology.

Use this if you need to accurately segment, parcellate, and register ex vivo human brain MRI data to link microscopic pathology with macroscopic brain structure.

Not ideal if you are working with live subject (in vivo) MRI data or require analysis of brain imaging modalities other than high-resolution T2-weighted scans.
