Rahmeen14/Delusion-Detector
A simple Node web app that uses Random Forest Regression to detect if a to-be-employee is lying about his previous salary.
This tool helps HR and recruitment professionals verify salary claims during job negotiations. You upload your company's salary data (designations, salaries, and associated experience levels) and input a candidate's claimed previous salary and their experience level. The system then outputs whether the candidate's claim is honest, understated, or an overstatement, even calculating a 'bluff percentage'.
No commits in the last 6 months.
Use this if you need an initial, data-driven assessment to quickly flag potential discrepancies in a job applicant's claimed previous salary.
Not ideal if you're looking for a comprehensive background check or a tool that incorporates market salary data from external sources.
