RiboNN: predicting translation efficiencies from mRNA sequences
This project helps molecular biologists and genetic engineers understand how efficiently an mRNA sequence will be translated into protein. You input mRNA sequences, including their UTRs and coding region, and the tool outputs predicted translation efficiency scores. This is valuable for researchers working on gene expression, protein production, or mRNA-based therapeutics.
Use this if you need to predict the translation efficiency of specific mRNA sequences for human or mouse models without performing wet-lab experiments.
Not ideal if you need to predict translation efficiency for organisms other than human or mouse, or if you prefer a graphical user interface.
