This project helps medical professionals quickly identify a crucial genetic marker (MGMT promoter methylation) in glioblastoma brain tumors using only MRI scans. It takes standard MRI images (FLAIR, T1w, T1wCE, T2) as input and outputs a prediction about the presence of this genetic marker. This tool is designed for oncologists, radiologists, and neurosurgeons to aid in treatment planning.

No commits in the last 6 months.

Use this if you need to predict the MGMT promoter methylation status of a brain tumor non-invasively, without requiring a tissue biopsy.

Not ideal if you require 100% diagnostic certainty from imaging alone, as this is a predictive tool, or if you are working with different types of brain tumors or imaging modalities.
