This repo contains all files needed for constructing NLP based bidirectional matching system between candidate profile and job description and improve the efficiency as well as the accuracy in matching process.
This system helps recruiting companies and HR professionals efficiently match job candidates with job descriptions. It takes unstructured candidate profiles and job descriptions, processes them using natural language techniques, and then recommends suitable candidates based on calculated similarities. The system helps recruiters quickly find the best talent.
