Cell cycle inference in single-cell RNA-seq

Emerging

DeepCycle helps biologists understand cell cycle progression from single-cell RNA sequencing data. It takes your pre-processed single-cell RNA-seq data and a list of genes related to the cell cycle, then outputs a numerical 'transcriptional phase' (an angle) for each cell, indicating its stage in the cell cycle. This tool is for researchers studying cell replication, disease mechanisms, or development using single-cell genomics.

Use this if you need to reliably infer the cell cycle stage of individual cells within your single-cell RNA-seq dataset without external perturbations.

Not ideal if your single-cell RNA-seq data is not sufficiently deep (low RNA count per cell) or if you are not interested in cell cycle analysis.
