This is an end to end machine learning project served on Flask for parsing and ranking candidates based on similarity scores between resumes and job description.
This tool helps recruiters and HR managers quickly sort through many job applications. You upload candidate resumes (PDF, Word) and a job description. The system then extracts key details like name, contact info, and skills from each resume, and ranks candidates by how well their skills match the job description. This lets you quickly identify the most promising applicants.

Not ideal if you need a sophisticated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with features beyond basic parsing and similarity ranking, such as interview scheduling or onboarding workflows.
