cgoliver/rnaglib
Toolkit for structure-based deep learning on RNA.
This toolkit helps molecular biologists and biochemists analyze and model RNA structures. It takes 3D RNA structures, from public databases or your own experimental data, and processes them into a standardized format. You get organized data, visualizations, and a framework to build and test machine learning models for tasks like predicting how RNA interacts with proteins or small molecules.
Available on PyPI.
Use this if you need to systematically study RNA's 2.5D and 3D shapes and their functions, especially when preparing data for computational modeling or machine learning.
Not ideal if you primarily need a full-featured visualizer for RNA structures; this tool's visualization is mostly for quick checks.
