This repo is the official implementation of "Classification of Brain Disorders in rs-fMRI via Local-to-Global Graph Neural Networks" published in IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging.
This tool helps researchers and clinicians analyze resting-state fMRI (rs-fMRI) brain scans to classify brain disorders. It takes rs-fMRI data as input and outputs classifications of various brain conditions, potentially identifying biomarkers. Neuroimaging researchers, neurologists, and psychiatrists could use this to aid in diagnosis and understanding of brain disorders.

Use this if you need to classify brain disorders from rs-fMRI data and want to explore a graph neural network approach that considers both local brain region interactions and global patterns.
Not ideal if you are looking for a pre-trained, ready-to-use diagnostic tool without any programming or machine learning expertise.
