This tool helps cybersecurity professionals and IT administrators monitor critical directories for unauthorized changes and detect malicious software. It takes a directory path as input, scans it for new, removed, or altered files, and flags any executable files that appear to be malware. The output is a log of integrity alerts and malware detection reports.
