This project provides a customizable backend service to enhance your existing Dialogflow chatbot. It allows your chatbot to connect with external services like Google Maps, Google Calendar, and Twilio to perform dynamic actions. Businesses, especially those in retail or client services, can use this to onboard customers, answer complex questions, and schedule appointments directly through their website's chatbot.
