This project helps HR managers understand why employees might leave their company. It takes historical employee data, including job satisfaction, performance reviews, and work-life balance, to identify patterns and predict which current employees are at high risk of leaving. The output is a report with insights into these patterns, enabling HR to proactively address issues and improve talent retention.
