This project creates an automatic system to recognize hand gestures for vowels and numbers 0-5 in Colombian Sign Language. It takes images of hand gestures as input, processes them, and then outputs the corresponding vowel or number. This system could be used by educators, communication specialists, or developers working on assistive technologies to facilitate better communication with deaf individuals.
