fzaca/proyecto-final-ciencia-de-datos
This project helps telecom companies understand why customers leave. It takes customer data (demographics, services, contract details) and provides insights into key factors influencing churn, alongside a predictive model to identify at-risk customers. Customer retention managers, marketing strategists, and business analysts in the telecom industry would find this valuable.
No commits in the last 6 months.
Use this if you need to identify the factors causing customer churn in a telecom business and want to predict which customers are likely to leave.
Not ideal if your business is not in the telecommunications sector or if you are looking for a plug-and-play solution for real-time churn prevention.
