This repository is the official code for the paper "Enhanced MRI Brain Tumor Detection and Classification via Topological Data Analysis and Low-Rank Tensor Decomposition" by Serena Grazia De Benedictis, Grazia Gargano and Gaetano Settembre.
This project helps medical researchers and radiologists more accurately identify and classify brain tumors from MRI scans. By processing raw MRI images, it produces a clear classification of tumor types (e.g., glioma, meningioma, pituitary) or indicates the absence of a tumor. The primary users are researchers focused on medical imaging analysis and neuro-oncology.
