My main goal is to build an innovative technological solution that could detect sexual harassment in real-time, which is much needed to fill in the gap left void by traditional methods, by which I aim to create a safer work environment, overcome reporting hesitancy, support HR and legal management, reduce psychological and physical stress.
This project aims to detect sexual harassment in workplace video footage in real-time. It takes video streams or images as input and identifies instances of harassment versus normal interactions, producing an alert or flag. HR managers, legal teams, and compliance officers can use this tool to enhance safety and address incidents proactively.
