The Zebrafish Activity Prediction Benchmark measures progress on the problem of predicting cellular-resolution neural activity throughout an entire vertebrate brain.
This project helps neuroscientists and researchers working with zebrafish data to develop and evaluate methods for predicting neural activity. It takes in experimental data of zebrafish neural activity and outputs predictions of future brain activity, allowing researchers to measure the accuracy of their predictive models. It's designed for scientists focused on understanding and forecasting brain dynamics at a cellular level.
Use this if you are developing or testing computational models to predict cellular-resolution neural activity in a vertebrate brain, specifically zebrafish.
Not ideal if you are looking for a tool to analyze neural activity without developing predictive models, or if your research focuses on organisms other than zebrafish.
