Deep Learning tools for brain medical images
This tool helps researchers and clinicians quickly and accurately isolate brain tissue from T1 Brain MRI scans, a process known as skull stripping. You input a T1 brain MRI image, and it outputs a clean image of just the brain tissue and a corresponding mask. It's designed for neuroimaging specialists, radiologists, and researchers who work with brain scans.

Use this if you need a fast, accurate, and easy-to-use method for skull stripping T1 brain MRI scans without complex parameter adjustments.
Not ideal if you need to perform other brain image processing tasks like tissue segmentation, which is not yet fully implemented.
