janelia-cellmap/cellmap-models
Repository of model architectures and network weights used for CellMap segmentations.
This package provides pre-trained models and architectures for segmenting organelles within whole-cell electron microscopy volumes. It takes raw 3D microscopy images as input and outputs precise segmentations of cellular structures. Researchers in cell biology, neuroscience, and related fields who analyze detailed biological ultrastructure would find this useful.
Used by 1 other package. Available on PyPI.
Use this if you need to automatically identify and delineate specific organelles or cellular components in large 3D electron microscopy datasets for biological research.
Not ideal if you are working with light microscopy data or require general image segmentation outside of detailed cellular ultrastructure.
