Deep sequence models for protein classification
This project helps biological researchers and biochemists understand the properties of a protein simply by looking at its amino acid sequence. You provide a protein's amino acid sequence, and the system tells you which of 10 common protein types it belongs to. This is ideal for scientists working with protein sequencing and characterization.
No commits in the last 6 months.
Use this if you need to quickly identify the type of a protein based solely on its amino acid sequence.
Not ideal if you need to classify proteins beyond the 10 most common types or if your sequences are longer than 2000 amino acids.
