juglab/EmbedSeg
Code Implementation for EmbedSeg, an Instance Segmentation Method for Microscopy Images
This project helps biologists and researchers working with microscopy images to automatically identify and outline individual cells or other objects within complex samples. You provide your microscopy images, and it outputs precise, separated boundaries for each distinct object. This is ideal for scientists who need to quantify objects or analyze their individual properties in biological samples.

Use this if you need to accurately identify and segment individual instances of cells or other structures in 2D or 3D microscopy images.
Not ideal if you are working with non-microscopy images or primarily need to classify entire images rather than segment individual objects.
