TransMorph: Transformer for Unsupervised Medical Image Registration (PyTorch)
This project helps medical professionals precisely align different medical images, like MRI or CT scans, to better track changes over time or compare patient data. It takes two medical images as input and outputs a transformed version of one image, perfectly registered to the other. Radiologists, neurologists, or researchers analyzing medical scans would find this tool useful for tasks such as longitudinal disease monitoring or image-guided interventions.

Use this if you need to accurately align different medical images, such as brain MRIs, for detailed analysis and have access to or can generate image labels.
Not ideal if you primarily work with non-medical images or require a simple, out-of-the-box solution without any technical setup.
