Deep Learning Detector for High Precision Monitoring of Cell Encapsulation Statistics in Microfluidic Droplets
This project helps chemical engineers and researchers working with microfluidic devices to automatically count cells encapsulated within droplets. By inputting microscope images of cell-encapsulated droplets, the system outputs precise counts of droplets and the cells inside them. This automation is crucial for monitoring and optimizing experimental conditions in real-time.
