Non-rigid image registration for accelerated MR imaging
This tool helps radiologists and MR imaging researchers accurately align medical images, especially when patients move during scanning or when using accelerated imaging techniques. It takes raw or reconstructed MRI scans as input and outputs precise motion estimations, which can then be used to create clearer, motion-compensated images. The primary users are medical imaging specialists dealing with dynamic processes like heartbeats or breathing.
Use this if you need to precisely track and correct for non-rigid motion in fully sampled or accelerated cardiac and respiratory MR images to improve image quality and diagnostic accuracy.
Not ideal if you are working with static images where motion correction is not a concern, or if you need to register images from modalities other than MRI.
