Hands-on examples for motion estimation and correction in MRI
This workshop provides hands-on experience for MR scientists to understand and correct motion artifacts in MRI scans. It teaches how to identify motion artifacts, perform motion estimation using both traditional and deep learning techniques, and implement motion-corrected image reconstructions. You'll work with real in-vivo MRI data to improve image quality.
No commits in the last 6 months.
Use this if you are an MR scientist interested in understanding and practically applying advanced motion estimation and correction techniques to improve the quality of your MRI data.
Not ideal if you are looking for a fully automated, black-box solution for motion correction without wanting to delve into the underlying principles and code.
