Interpretable and continuous AKI prediction in the intensive care

This project helps intensive care unit (ICU) clinicians continuously predict Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) in patients. By analyzing time-series data like vital signs, lab tests, and medication use, it provides an ongoing assessment of AKI risk. The output helps medical staff anticipate and potentially intervene earlier, and it can also predict AKI up to 48 hours in advance for earlier warning. ICU doctors and nurses would use this tool.

Use this if you need an early warning system to continuously monitor and predict the risk of Acute Kidney Injury for patients in an intensive care setting.

Not ideal if you are looking for a diagnostic tool for confirmed AKI cases rather than a predictive risk assessment.
