matlab-deep-learning/Classification-of-SARS-COVID-19-and-Other-Lung-Infections-from-Chest-X-Ray-Scan-Images-with-DenseNet
This example shows how to train a deep neural network to classify SARS COVID-19 and other lung infections using chest X-ray (CXR) images.
This project helps medical professionals quickly classify lung infections from chest X-ray images. By inputting a patient's CXR scan, it outputs a prediction indicating if the infection is SARS COVID-19, other lung opacity, viral pneumonia, or normal. This is useful for radiologists, pulmonologists, and other clinicians who need rapid, AI-assisted diagnostic support.

Use this if you are a medical researcher or practitioner working with chest X-ray images and need to automate or assist in the classification of various lung conditions, including COVID-19.
Not ideal if you are looking for a standalone diagnostic tool without expert medical interpretation or if you do not have access to MATLAB and its specialized toolboxes.
