This project helps audio engineers, VR/AR developers, and spatial audio researchers create highly personalized Head-Related Transfer Functions (HRTFs). By taking a photo of a user's ear and a few body measurements, it generates a custom HRTF file (SOFA format) that accurately models how sound would reach that specific person's ears from different directions. This results in a more immersive and realistic 3D audio experience.

No commits in the last 6 months.

Use this if you need to generate individualized HRTFs for a specific user to enhance the realism of spatial audio in virtual reality, augmented reality, or other auditory research applications.

Not ideal if you need a quick, generic HRTF for non-critical applications or if you are not able to collect specific anthropometric data and ear images from your users.
