Domain knowledge driven 3D radiation dose prediction [PMB'22]

This project helps radiation oncologists and medical physicists predict 3D radiation dose distributions for lung cancer patients undergoing Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT). You input a patient's CT scan along with outlines of the tumor (PTV) and organs-at-risk (OAR). The system then generates a detailed 3D prediction of how the radiation dose will be distributed throughout the patient's body, which helps in planning treatment.

Use this if you need to quickly and accurately predict 3D radiation dose distributions for lung IMRT plans, incorporating clinical dose-volume histogram (DVH) knowledge efficiently.

Not ideal if you are working with radiation therapy plans for other body sites or different treatment modalities besides conventional lung IMRT.
