R package to predict sex of single cells and identify Male/Female doublets using machine learning approaches

This tool helps single-cell researchers accurately determine the sex of individual human or mouse cells from gene expression data. By inputting a cell's gene count matrix, it outputs a predicted sex label (male or female) for each cell. It also identifies if a cell is a male-female doublet, which helps improve the accuracy of single-cell analyses.

Use this if you are performing single-cell RNA sequencing experiments on human or mouse samples and need to confidently assign sex to individual cells or detect mixed-sex cell doublets.

Not ideal if your research involves organisms other than humans or mice, or if you are not working with single-cell gene count matrices.
