This tool helps researchers in gut biology analyze and characterize cells within the gut wall from microscope images. It takes 2D images of gut wholemounts and, using deep learning, automatically identifies and quantifies enteric neurons, their subtypes, and ganglia. This is designed for neurogastroenterologists, cell biologists, and other scientists studying the enteric nervous system.

Use this if you need to semi-automatically count and analyze different types of enteric neurons and ganglia from 2D gut wholemount microscope images.

Not ideal if your research involves 3D analysis or focuses on cell types other than enteric neurons and glia.
