DeepDTI Tutorial
This project helps researchers and clinicians enhance the quality of Diffusion MRI (dMRI) data, specifically Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI). It takes raw dMRI scans, often with limited data points, and outputs higher-quality b=0 and diffusion-weighted images with improved signal-to-noise ratio and anatomical detail. Neuroimaging researchers, radiologists, and neurologists would use this to get clearer insights from their dMRI scans.
