saeyslab/harpy
Single-cell spatial omics analysis that makes you happy!
Harpy helps life science researchers analyze large, high-resolution spatial omics data from tissues to understand what's happening at the single-cell level. It takes raw spatial transcriptomics or proteomics images and coordinate data, then segments cells, extracts features, and prepares the information for detailed downstream analysis. This tool is designed for biologists, histologists, and lab scientists working with spatial biology data.
Use this if you need to process gigapixel-scale spatial omics images efficiently, perform cell segmentation, extract features, and prepare your data for advanced single-cell analysis.
Not ideal if you are working with non-spatial single-cell data or require a simple, point-and-click graphical interface for basic image viewing only.
