SR-CACO-2: A Dataset for Confocal Fluorescence Microscopy Image Super-Resolution
This dataset provides pairs of low-resolution and high-resolution confocal fluorescence microscopy images. It's designed to help researchers develop and test machine learning methods to enhance the clarity of biological images, allowing them to study cellular processes in more detail without damaging live samples. This is for biologists, cell biologists, or microscopy researchers who use confocal imaging.
Use this if you need to train and evaluate algorithms that can take blurry or low-quality confocal microscope images and make them sharper and more detailed.
Not ideal if you are looking for a tool to directly process your images without developing new algorithms, or if your imaging technique is not confocal fluorescence microscopy.
