AWS virtual infrastructure simulator for training reinforcement learning based cloud capacity management systems
This simulator helps cloud operations engineers or IT managers test strategies for managing cloud capacity on AWS. You feed it historical application traffic data and it simulates how your EC2 and Spot instance configurations would perform under various real-world uncertainties, like unpredictable instance startup times or Spot instance interruptions. The output helps you understand the costs and performance of different infrastructure scaling decisions.
