An ML & IoT powered food storage monitoring system that enables real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity & CO2 and prediction of food spoilage. Achieved accuracy of 88% with SVM. It also features regular retraining of ML model to keep improving accuracy.
This system helps food storage managers and warehouse operators reduce spoilage and improve food security by continuously monitoring environmental conditions. It takes real-time temperature, humidity, and CO2 sensor data, along with audio and infrared input for pest detection. The system then outputs predictions on food spoilage and optimal storage conditions, eliminating the need for manual inspections.
