In this study, DentiAssist, a web-based radiological image analysis and labeling application supported by artificial intelligence, was developed for the education of dentistry students.
This tool helps dentistry students learn to interpret panoramic dental X-rays by automatically identifying and outlining individual teeth. You input a panoramic X-ray image, and the system provides a marked-up image showing each tooth segmented. This is designed for dentistry students in an educational setting.
