LabelSlide is a slide annotation tool and label object bounding boxes in virtual slides (generally used in pathology)
This tool helps pathologists and researchers annotate specific regions and objects within very large digital pathology slides. You input your whole-slide images, and it provides an interactive viewer where you can draw bounding boxes and polygons to mark areas of interest. The output is a structured annotation file detailing the locations of these marked objects, useful for further analysis or machine learning tasks.
