You upload a CSV file containing text and its corresponding positive or negative label, and it generates a comprehensive analysis, trains different models, evaluates their performance, and lets you test new text for sentiment. This helps you quickly gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Use this if you need to quickly train and evaluate various sentiment analysis models on your own labeled text data and understand how business costs influence model performance.
Not ideal if you need to analyze sentiment in languages other than English or require advanced deep learning models for nuanced sentiment detection.
