This tool helps HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers quickly analyze job applications. You feed it a collection of resumes, either as CSV files or a folder of PDFs, and it converts them to text. It then classifies each resume into categories and provides actionable advice, such as missing keywords or sections, all while keeping your data private on your own machine.
