zea: A Toolbox for Cognitive Ultrasound Imaging
This toolbox helps researchers in medical imaging and biomedical engineering process raw ultrasound signals and reconstruct high-quality images. It takes raw ultrasound data and acquisition parameters, and outputs reconstructed images or processed signals, enabling advanced analysis and the development of AI models for ultrasound applications. It is designed for researchers developing new methods in cognitive ultrasound imaging.
Available on PyPI.
Use this if you are a researcher working with raw ultrasound data and need a flexible framework for signal processing, image reconstruction, and integrating deep learning models within your ultrasound research.
Not ideal if you are looking for a plug-and-play solution for clinical diagnostics or standard ultrasound image viewing, as this is a research-oriented development tool.
